The Beer
The Musketeers – their name refers to the four founders, who all happen to be brewing engineers – like to veer off the beaten track, but always hold the Belgian brewing tradition in great respect. Their dedication shines through in their first, multi-award-winning Troubadour Blond that over the years has carved out a prominent position within an already crowded category. Here we have a thirst-quencher with sufficient complexity to keep you hooked all year long. Utterly refreshing, with a fruity and hoppy, zesty aroma and a mild bitter.
Troubadour Blond belongs to the extensive Troubadour range that also encompasses the Troubadour Magma, Imperial Stout, Magma Maris Otter, Magma Hop Twist, Obscura, Westkust, Magma Oak and Spéciale. For its Antigoon and Jack’s Precious IPA the brewery drew its inspiration from Belgian myths and legends. Finally, the Bucket List assortment constitutes their response to the international craft beer trend. Brouwerij The Musketeers is building small but significant bridges between the rich Belgian tradition and the international craft world. 2019 sees the opening of the brand new brewery on the site of a former brickworks, right next to the ‘Wase Golf’ estate. Enjoy the beers in the brewery café or on the spacious outdoor terrace.
